Deposits are required and non-refundable. 50% down-payment is required to book your services. Your appointment deposit will be applied to your final total.
We do accept same-day appointments. Please check our schedule online for availability, or call us and we’ll be happy to accommodate your appointment request if our schedule permits.
When scheduling, please add all services that you would like to have done at your appointment time. We may or may not be able to accommodate additional service requests at the time of your appointment.
In order to respect the time of both our clients and specialists, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled if we are unable to accommodate the schedule adjustment. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and appointment deposit. The appointment will have to be rescheduled.
No-show appointments will incur full payment for the service booked. There are no refunds for deposits. Repeat No shows clients will be blocked from scheduling future appointments.
